Cape May Puppets supplies you with secure online processing of your payment information. With our system, you receive your own password protected account that has a memory of all your vital information including shipping address, phone number, e-mail account, and preferred payment options. By password protecting each account, our customers are assured that no one else will be able to utilize their account and place fraudulent orders. And by allowing our shoppers to select these login codes, it allows for much ease of remembering your access information every time you come back to our site. Alternatively, you can order anonymously and opt out of having your information stored for later use.

Once we have all of the information we need to process your order, the SmartCart system then utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology to encrypt and send your information safely to us. Backordered Items

• If one or more item on your order is out of stock we will backorder it/them, and ship the remaining order. Backordered items will be sent to you once they arrive at no additional charge via UPS.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any product can be returned if you are not happy with it in accordance to our policy. *Please just make sure that all returned products are in their original condition and not used. You may receive a full refund of your payment if you notify us of your return with 10 days of the date that you received your purchase. When we receive your return and clarify that it is in it's original condition, we will return your money in the payment form that you used to make your order. If you decide to return your product within 30 days of your purchase, compensation will be in the form of store credit in which we credit your account with the total cost of your purchase for future orders. We will then issue you a store credit number that you may use for future purchases from Cape May Puppets. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.

Reports of damages, shortages and order discrepancies must be received within 5 days upon the arrival of your package.

If you have a special circumstance (i.e. birthday gift to be given in 6 weeks) just let us know when you make your purchase so that we can extend your return time. To notify us when ordering online, please include the date you wish to extend your return time in the "Special Instructions" comment field of the Payment Information Page.
